The color in the iris is made up of different fibers with chemicals that produce the color of your eye that you inherited from your parents. Only 1% of humans actually have a green eye color, but that is still about forty million people. The pupil is a hole in the eye that leads to the lens and is protected by our cornia. Blood vessels run through the optic nerve that connects to the eye socket. If it were not for the eye socket being attached to the skull in a certain way, then your eyes would constantly be falling out of your head from gravity. Kinda weird, huh?
Other than the actual facts that I just shared with you on here, there are a lot of body language that has a lot to do with our eyes. Our eyes can say a lot about how we feel to other people around us and we use them to communicate all the time. Narrowing our eyes shows that we are rebellious, angry, or ready to fight. When our pupils dilate, it means we like what see, being scared, and seeing someone you like or think is attractive. Having our eyes open slightly wide shows interest in what someone is saying. We all know that when we roll our eyes it shows disbelief and annoyance. We all want to look someone in the eye because it shows respect to the person you are talking to. Even animals do this. When for example a pet looks you in the eye its them showing you that they respect you and like you.
